Our Directors come from highly successful careers in business and professional sport. They have created "Bamara Cranes" after identifying a market gap within the industry. We live in an age of technology, yet our industry has fallen behind although it would benefit greatly from numerous technologies offered today. Yet the construction industry is one of the slowest in implementing such technology-based solutions.

From basic communication platforms for sharing vital safety and industry information to remote monitoring and equipment safety systems Bamara Cranes is Being 51% indigenous owned & with an office in country Victoria we offer a unique opportunity for not only the indigenous but also under privilege within country Victoria to up skill and be involved in a sector usually afforded to people living in more populated metro areas.     Duration: Commencment August 2023: Ongoing Reviewed Annually

    Objective: To Provide Financial Support to the Richmond Football Academy

  • Program 2

    Overview: 1 x Fully Funded Dogman/Rigger Traineeship Per Annum

    Duration: Commencment August 2023: Ongoing Reviewed Annually

    Objective: To provide fully funded traineeship and guaranteed 12-month employment upon complete.

    Overview: Kyabram Football Club Indigenous Round Major Sponsor

    Duration: Commencement August 2023: Ongoing Reviewed Annually

    Objective: To provide financial support to Kyabram football indigenous program

Long Term Objective

  • Maintain a minimum re-investment percentage of 10% of annual gross profit.

  • Commitment to employing Victoria’s first 4-man Indigenous Crane crew by January 2025.

  • Providing a minimum of 20 fully funded construction industry related tickets aimed at upskilling individuals for employment opportunities within the construction sector.

  • Providing mentoring programs for community within the construction industry.
